| What We Say: | Symantec's powerhouse security suite Norton AntiVirus is consistently ranked among the best in the business, and rightfully so. The variety of software types and the ease with which each can be examined and purchased on the company's site is hard to match. Unfortunately, finding customer support information is rather frustrating. And the fact that they have a call-back program (you call them and leave a message and a representative calls you back) doesn't help to lessen the frustration. |
