This is the WORST online (or brick and mortar) store I have EVER tried to shop with! The customer service is appalling. The most arrogant and unhelpful people operate this site. I spent a morning setting up my profile and making style and measurement entries, and then "my personal shop" excluded most the styles that flatter my shape, and recommended sizes in designers I wear often that were way off the mark. When I called for help, they stonewalled and refused to help me with ordering any merchandise that wasn't electronically assigned to "my" shop. A few months later I gave them a second chance and called to discuss an order. The woman BEGAN the phone conversation by saying "I have a bone to pick with you. You ordered clothes that weren't in your personal shop. That's not acceptable. WE tell what will fit and flatter you." (!!! Are these clothing Nazis?) A year later I visited the site again, spent the morning choosing about a dozen things, and ran into the same problem again when I used their online chat customer service. Wouldn't even discuss a skirt I was trying to buy because the computer didn't list it in "my personal shop." This is the end of second chances. WORST RUN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS EVER. AVOID!!!!

I don't know what this other customer is talking about. I've had nothing but great service from this company. I have ordered clothing from them twice, and yes, they can be pricey, but the quality is usually worth it, and they have good deals all the time and sale items at great prices. I have ordered items not in "my shop", with no problem. In the box, they just include a flyer to let them know if their sizing suggestions should be updated. I have had to return an item due to bleeding color, but I've owned other items of the brand with no problem, so it was odd, but not their fault. They refunded the full amount with no issue. Returns and exchanges are free when you shop through "my shop", with free shipping. And no tax. So it's actually a great deal compared to regular retail. I'm pleased with the company, and plan to buy more items in the future. Sometimes the sizing can be off, which is the only downside, but they let you know when items are outside your measurement preferences.

I have had an exhausting and disatisfying experience with this company. Their written policy states that they do exchanges which simply a lie, disclosed when you try to exchange something. Instead you have to wait for a refund, reorder the item, request any promotional pricing that was originally offered through customer service and be in constant contact with them as this all takes several days/emails/phone calls. I will not shop with them again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Although it sounds like a fantastic idea, one has to wonder why very few of the clothes are shown on a living person.... here's why. I purchase an LA Kitty jacket from MYSHAPE. When it was delivered, and I tried it on, there was a hole in the right pocket. When I called "customer service" I was given the directions to return then reorder another jacket. Too Long... so, I sewed up the hole in the pocket and wore it out. The VERY FIRST TIME I wore this overpriced piece of junk, two buttons flew off. I got absolutely no satisfaction from customer service. PLEASE....do yourself a favor and don't bother. It simply is not worth your time.

So, when I first started using this site about a year ago, customer service was pretty quick, and friendly, and the sizing they recommended was pretty spot on. I could order dresses, skirts and tops with ease. However, lately the sizing seems to be off. They would size up for jeans and trousers, and two sizes down in a particular skirt. Tops were generally okay, though sometimes too baggy. I had the settings on the closest -to-the-body setting! I agree with the lousy exchange policy, which is that there isn't one. You have to return it and reorder, and they refuse to honor the promo price, since it's one per person, per order. Also, I recently tried a promo code, only to have it not work. In addition, a recent order was never filled, and a month later they finally told me they didn't have the item, but only after I emailed them multiple times inquiring on its status. This is the first time having such a problem with an order, as they are usually quick, and I still like the clothing they offer, but I have definetely stopped ordering as much due to the bad sizing issues, and customer service. It's a shame, cuz it's a good idea.

I have ordered twice from this company and I think it is outstanding. What a great feeling to put on every item in the order and it fits like a glove. I really don't miss the frustration of shopping in department stores. Wait for the sales and you will be pleased at how affordable nice, quality clothing can be. A real winner. Remember to update your measurements often to insure a good fit.

Well I am a happy customer... 5" 10" and not an easy shape to shop for. I have tried the specialty shops for tall gals but find the clothes mostly for old ladies lol I wish they did direct shipping to Canada my only neg so far. As for pricing, I bought dressy clothes for work but got great deals. No probs with the one return as it fit but wasn't my style once I had it on. Personal choice no fault of theirs....

After entering my measurements MyShape decided I was a "P". However, since I really lack waist definition (difficult to determine from the bust/waist measurements, since they don't give you the option to measure your front vs. back bust/waist separately), I'm really more of an "H" shape, so that's what I used to narrow my selection. I ordered about $300 worth of merchandise, much of it on sale or clearance, plus i got 25% off for the first order - yay!. I used their "Sizeless" option, which means that *they* determine from your measurements what size will likely fit you best. The garments I received ranged from M (size 12) to XL. Most fit quite well, though there was one top that was ridiculously small. I blame the manufacturer, as a second top from the same line (in a smaller size, even!) fit me perfectly. I ended up keeping only three items, because the colors of the other garments did not coordinate with specific items I already had in my wardrobe. My husband thought the dress (Lily brand) that I ordered looked really great, and he was even happier when I told him it was only $30 on sale. :-) I was very pleased with the speedy delivery, and the return process was pretty simple - access my account on their website, indicate what items I was returning and why, print out a mailing label and packing slip, and drop it off at the nearest UPS outlet. (I really liked that the packing slip has photos of the items; I'm sure it is helpful to their staff to make sure they get back the right stuff, but it's also helpful when you are returning multiple items to ensure everything makes it back in the box!). The hardest part of the process for me was locating heavy duty clear packing tape to secure the box and label! I will probably be ordering from them in the future, definitely the Karen Kane and Lily lines, as they have previously been a very good fit on my busty H-shaped body.
